On March 16, the RA NA Vice President , the Co-Chair of the Inter-Parliamentary Commission on Cooperation between the RA National Assembly and the RF Federal Assembly Hakob Arshakyan and the Deputy Speaker of the RF FA Federation Council, the Co-Chair of the Inter-Parliamentary Commission Yur y Vorobyov, together with the Commission members, visitedGevorg Vardanyan Basic School No. 192 in Yerevan .

In the presence of the guests, the classroom of engineering laboratories has been opened in a solemn atmosphere, which is replenished with engineering educational and necessary equipment of Armenian production, meeting the highest international standards.

On Hakob Arshakyan ’s initiative, computers were purchased for the school with the funds of the expert council members of the Armenian side of the I nter- P arliamentary Commission, as well as a school classroom was renovated.

A large quantity of Russian textbooks was handed over to the Russian-language classes of the school with the support of Russian colleagues.

The NA Vice President Hakob Arshakyan expressed conviction that such initiatives are another proof of effective bilateral cooperation.

In the school hall after watching the event symbolizing the Armenian-Russian centuries-old friendship Hakob Arshakyan and Yuri Vorobyov once again recorded that the historical-cultural ties between the Armenian and Russian peoples are undeniable and documented with joy that the new generation is the bearer of those values.

The persons who actively participated in the organizational activities of the 36th meeting of the Inter-Parliamentary Commission on Cooperation between the RA National Assembly and the RF Federal Assembly were encouraged with the NA symbol, a bronze commemorative medal.
